I really enjoy dinging at this location of Panera bread, because it is very close to where I work. My experience is usually nice here, however today there was an employee who made the experience not nice but great! That employee was Victor. He took my order and was super friendly and provided awesome customer service! I hope the managers of this location will reward Victor for his efforts in making the customers feel welcome! I was wary about coming to Panera because I've been disappointed by many of their locations. However, this spot is supreme! The restaurant is clean, and the food is absolutely delicious and fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted, not hard. I got the frontega chicken sandwhich and wild rice soup. Laila was very helpful and courteous while suggesting food items for me, and members were friendly and attentive. I have to return the next time that I'm in town.

Went to panera with my family at 10 am to get some bagels. They have had the bagels listed "available" while ordering, but it seems that they aren't necessarily. Waited 15 mins just to get that answer, so we had to order something else.I got the bread bowl with tomato soup. Soup was okay. If you like the thick type, you would like it. The bread was pretty hard, but overall, it was filling.
