“This place is #1 in customer service. I had a last second need for a large party. I called the store and they treated me with such professionalism and kindness. My husband came home following running errands and picking up the order and said, "Wow, I am so impressed with Jersey Mike's." They made my party the best. Everything was exactly like I ordered it and they went above and beyond providing me the condiments and other items to make the meal perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you!“
“Sometimes the solution is right in front of you face and it's too easy to overlook. Working from home while my wife was making one of her almost daily visits to WalMart. She retired and at least it gives her something to do. Don't mean she is a WalMart Shopaholic. Generally, she will pick me up a Sandwich from Chick-fil-A but I've eaten so much chicken lately, that was not very appealing. She suggested Subway and then I remember, Denver has two Subways less than a mile apart and one of those was in WalMart. My favorite Subway Sandwich is the B.M.T. which believe it or not, stands for Brooklyn - Manhattan Transfer. It's one of their oldest Sandwiches and still one of the best. Asked her to customize it with Banana Peppers, Black Olives and Oregano with Oil and Vinegar in addition to the normal topping. She dropped it off on her way back and on her way to Exercise Class. Still too early for Lunch so I waited for her to finish and return from her Class and we had Lunch together. The Sandwich was excellent even though it was two hours old. Full of flavor and very filling although I think I may have forgotten to ask for a topping though I don't know what that would have been. Susan indicated that she had no wait and the service was excellent and very convenient. Will have to remember this again and maybe get around to trying the other Subway. Moved to Denver two years ago and believe it or not, there are sill some places we have not tried yet.“
“Super great experiance today! I have just started a diet and was getting a wrap to split with my wife on the way home from the gym. Being on a diet sucks. Tiffany was working and immediately picked up on my "situation" and shared some positive thoughts and well wishes! I was needed, cause part of me wanted to go to pizza hut and order 1 of everything! “Yes. These are the subs to get. You will never want to go to another sub shop. Philly Cheese Steak - better than anything you will get in Philly for the most part. Yes I've had them. Chicken Teriyaki - Perfection for a chicken based sub. Get it with grilled mushrooms and onions. I often get it with the peppers as well. Italian. Really amazing. Get it hot/grilled. I think some get pizza sauce on one or more of the above. Not me, although their other pizza sauce based subs are great. The fries are next level. Five Guys and Fuddruckers do it very well - these are even better. Idaho Potatoes, sea salt and peanut oil. The lake Norman Penn Station is one of my favorites. And super clean. Unfortunately we don't have one yet in Greenville, SC so when I'm traveling I try to stop at one in the Raleigh/Greensboro area, Charlotte, or the one just NE of Atlanta. I've been to Penn Stations in Ohio, WV, NC, GA, and it seems like a few other states. Just great subs. Firehouse and Jersey Mike's aren't bad if there aren't any Penn Stations around, but The Penn Station is next level. "Pro Tip" - ask for one of the plastic to go containers if you plan to eat some of it on the road. Squirt some ketchup in the bottom part and add some fries and half your sub. Fits nicely in the upper dashboard storage well in my F-150............ I only have one criticism but it's a real pet peeve of mine and very few places are doing the right thing in this regard. GET RID OF ALL HIGH FRUCTOSE stuff! I'd like to see one of the "Simply" style or organic ketchups with NO High Fructose Corn Syrup. And of course would prefer Duke's mayo, but can let that last one slide.......“
“I’ve eaten at Jimmy John’s all over Florida, all over North Carolina, all over Ohio, a this is by far the best one I’ve ever been to!!!! The employees that work there are super nice and everything is so clean, my subs are always made great, they are always smiling and asking how my day is! I love these people, they are so nice!!! But Jimmy John’s corporate I need yall to bring back the kickin ranch!!! The jalapeño ranch is alright but no where near as good as the kickin ranch! I know this store can’t change it but maybe corporate will see my review. Anyways I love Jimmy John’s! East coast Italian is my go to! Stop by here and you won’t regret it!“
