If you're looking for a humbling experience, this the place! When the line is out the door, you know its worth the wait, and it was! It was my first time and I noticed everyone already knew what they wanted and how to order, I learned fast. The lady on the grill is a legend. Just pay a visit and enjoy the authentic experience and simple, yet delicious food. Reminds me of my childhood.
Stopped in to pickup breakfast. Food was great. I had a breakfast tray (2 eggs, meat, hash browns or grits, bread) for a great price. Eggs are made to order and were very tasty. I went with the salmon cake since it's gotten good reviews and is not something I see that often. To me, this was the best part. The salmon cake was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
