The food is just... okaaay.The ambiance is nice. Staff is great. There is no elevator, so it's bot accessible, but if you can climb a flight of stairs, you should be fine. Prices are reasonable, and portion sizes are fine. On the foot path for several other downtown sites.
We came for brunch. The best experience so far in Durham. The smothered plate was excellent, the eggs were farm fresh, and the mixed berry jam made in the kitchen was yummy all by itself! I especially loved the cheese grits! Service was excellent, and the vibe is fun! I'm a fan!

Came here for my wedding reception. We had a very small & intimate courthouse wedding. It’s a Southern thing was very accommodating even without a reservation. They treated us like royalty! It was a pleasure dining with them. We went for brunch and the food was good. Great restaurant atmosphere and wonderful service.
