THEEE BEST JERSEY MIKES IN DURHAM!!! Every time I go there, it’s always a friendly environment with exceptional workers. In particular I believe the young lady name is Trinity? She made me the chipotle philly sub, and hands down THE BEST SUB IVE EVER HAD!! Trinity was so very kind to me and she went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my order! Overall, great experience and I will definitely be retuning!!
Came to this location on 11/18/23 was greeted nicely by Kenjia she took my order without my checking and leaving the restaurant my order was wrong so I called the store and she immediately resolved the problem and made my experience much better! She is an asset to Jersey Mikes! Her professionalism is out of this world! I am grateful!

Usually a good experience at this location! Placed an app order yesterday about an hour out to closing. My special request was not honored and I only asked for extra veggies. I totally understand being ready to close and get out of there asap. But it seems as though they intentionally ignored that request. Definitely ruined my dinner for the night. However i called today for a refund and the manager was kind and swift. I appreciated this greatly.
