The guys in the in the kitchen prepared the food with pleasant humor and exuded happiness inwhat they do. That alone made the food great. Most of your employees do nice.Parking: Convenient
Ordering was easy, but they were not stocked up with cups, lids, and no ice. You had to ask the cashier for ice. I asked the lady with the Afro for assistance and she had a whole attitude. I thought that was not good. Other than that food was good. Hopefully her attitude gets better.

Panera will probably remain a favorite for me. I often place orders for sour dough and basil tomatoe bread and do Rapid Pick Up. This time my order was overlooked and I had to make a second trip the next day. As good customer service I thought it would have been appropriate to offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I will continue to make purchases but would feel more valued as a repeat customer if shown a bit more consideration.
