It is hard to believe…this Popeyes is a cut above the rest. The food is always fresh. Customer service is consistently top notch. Despite long lines, the staff manages service efficiently! Consistently the best fast food experience in town, hands down. The drive thru moves quick, they’re always fully staffed, and my order is always perfect. The management team is clearly doing a wonderful job.
I dine at the Popeyes on Guess Road in Durham NC once or twice each month. I'm usually very pleased with the food and speed of service. When I dined in on Sunday night (March 3), the food and service were good as usual. However, between 8:45 pm and 9:00 pm, some customers (a young man and two girls) entered who brought their puppy inside. One of the girls was holding the puppy while waiting for their order.
