“Awesome lunch spot in RTP. It gets packed at this time though and can get pretty loud if you're dining in. Adjust for the time to order and receive your food and don't plan to have short meetings here. The food is amazing. There's a southwest menu and a sandwhich/soup/salad menu. Everything is great. They also have specials every day and anything I tried makes me tempted from my usual which is the Honey Walnut Chicken Salad Sandwhich. The southwest burrito is another typical temptation when im really hungry. The curried couscous side is also delicious. Maybe one day I'll update this review when I find a menu item I didn't love (kidding)“
“We landed here after a 14 hour drive, literally 5 minutes before closing, but we didn't realize that because the staff were super welcoming and professional. The guy made us the BEST BLT I've ever had in my life. The kids had a chicken wrap that they said was really good. All ingredients were very fresh.“
“I’m not sure if my review is necessary because King’s is a Durham staple—everyone knows the food is good, hence the long lines on a daily.BUT I just had the best burger ever! My burger was juicyyy, flavorful and that sauce—oh my! The fries, which are regular crinkle fries seasoned to perfection, was the perfect match for my burger. The flavors complimented each other well. The service is not Chic-Fil-A kind, but depending on who you get, the experience is pretty standard/regular. I find the younger employees offer more attitude than needed. But man, that burger was bomb. And I usually get the shrimp po boy—which is also the best shrimp po’ boy I’ve had, but I’m pleased I chose the burger this time.“
“Great food options. I've order and enjoyed at 3 of their BLTs and still can't decide which is my favorite. They also make amazing regular or sweet potato fries - yum!I love the shared space between Boot Room and Beer Study. I love it even more that dogs are allowed inside at Beer Study (and understandably not at Boot Room).“
“Usually a good experience at this location! Placed an app order yesterday about an hour out to closing. My special request was not honored and I only asked for extra veggies. I totally understand being ready to close and get out of there asap. But it seems as though they intentionally ignored that request. Definitely ruined my dinner for the night. However i called today for a refund and the manager was kind and swift. I appreciated this greatly.“
“Incredible location near Ninth Street! It is just tucked away enough that you don’t get the usual business from Ninth Street but still maintain the magic. Really cool “underground” bar and fantastic food options. Great vegan/vegetarian options as well! Very fun little snacks and trinkets also sold here.“
“Everything at Toast is DELICIOUS!! As an industry member myself, I appreciate their changing menu, seasonality, freshness, and originality, all while keeping the prices surprisingly low. These days, it seems like I can't get a good lunch for under $18. At toast, I can get 2 delicious crostinis, a soup, and a drink from $10-$12. Their lentil soup is honestly the best lentil soup I've ever had, their merguez crostinis are a delight, and the service is all I could ever ask for, with my orders always quickly fulfilled and piping hot when I pick them up. This is probably my dream restaurant: limited hours, changing menu, flavor-focused. Nothing fancy-schmancy, just good ol' cookery and deliciousness. LOVE THIS PLACE!“
“I am not one to post reviews but this warranted one. Kayla, the worker there pointed out how much money I would save for the monthly special instead of what I was originally going to order. She seemed to run the location very efficiently with the customers in mind.“
“Lily and another gentleman, I didn't get his name. Working nov8 at 6pm.. they were so kind, so helpful. I have never eaten at firehouse subs before and lily suggested I try this steak sub thing and omg it was great. Thanks Lily!!! I will be coming back to this location just because of her.“
“I order online and dine in at this store before a night class. JJ’s app is useful (and rewarding). Good sandwiches and great service. I don’t know who chooses the music, but it’s funky and relaxing when I stop in. Usually not too busy at night. Thanks, y’all.“
“My sandwich was very tasty no complaints on that. I wanted to advise anyone that visit, if you have a coupon this is another Subway location that do NOT ACCEPT COUPONS. Also the workers were cool, haven't really been to Subway where the workers look happy.“
“I had my meals delivered through Grub Hub. The driver didn't even knock on my door to let us know that the food arrived. That's not your fault. The food was excellent. It's one of the best sandwich restaurants in North Carolina. The sandwiches were loaded well. It was delivered by a reasonable time. The sandwiches were delicious. I will definitely order from here again. Highly recommended.“
“always have fresh bread when I go. Subs are always good! Try a meatball sub with provolone cheese toasted with b and s..and oregano, on the parmesan cheese bread...yummy..to top it off add pepperoni..but they charge extra for that;) happy eating!“
“This subway is inside NCCU. I am not a student here. I don't know why Google is directing me towards restaurants that are inside schools and hospital cafeterias now--with no indication of that on the map or the directions. I gave the subway five stars because I have a 1-star review directed at Google about this...but nowhere to put it.“
“Tried the special- “Chicken Rancher” + the “Roast Turkey” today…would absolutely recommend the special if they have it on the menu again, it was a 10/10!! The roast turkey bread was a little dry but the ingredients were super flavorful and fresh—overall, would definitely recommend giving it a try & will go again if in the area!“
