The food was amazing but the staff and the conversation in the dinning room was less than professional. Don't get me wrong we have eaten here several times and always loved it, but the staff and their talk in the open dining room area was less than professional, and made dining in to a point that we just left.

I usually have amazing service at every Firehouse Subs I go to. Today it was like none of the employees want to work. My online order was not ready when I got there. Was finally ready 10 minutes after it was supposed to be. There were 4 people working on the food line and I think they thought they were turtles as slow as they were moving. Firehouse Subs has THE BEST subs, hands down. From the meats to veggies to condiments to the amazing bread ... you can't get a better sub anywhere. You can order small, medium or large, to suit your appetite. The staff is hardworking and very pleasant. Want an unusual sauce for your sandwich? They have dozens of sauces! Just try it--you'll never go to that other place with the mystery meat again!
