I went here around 8 on August 13 2023 and this was the worst customer service I have ever received point blank period. All that was said to me is the guy asking me “is that all?” With an attitude and when I just had to transfer the funds onto my card he seemed very impatient and irritated like he would rather be somewhere else, I get you might not like your job that’s anywhere but no one forces you to work there. This place is awful. I had not been in years, but needed to grab a quick lunch. I noticed the lettuce was bad. It was brown and slimy. I said something to the girl making sandwiches and she said that's the way it comes. I asked her to re-make my sandwich without lettuce and she wanted to just remove the lettuce on the sandwich she had already made. Someone else walked up and saw the lettuce and left. The amount of meat they know put on the subs is "less" than before. I ordered a Subway club, half, and I didn't realize until I got home I was charged $9.09. I'll not be back at that Subway. It was in the Walmart store in Elizabeth City, N.C. Could barely understand the guy behind counter. I will go back in a few days and get my $3.20, I was over charged.
