Visited the Elizabeth City location and it took over 15 mins in the drive thru line to place our order and then we waited another 15 minutes once at the window to receive the order. They were not busy at all. Extremely slow service.

Went to Zaxbys ordered my food when I got to the window my mother asked could they put the extra fries in a separate container, the girl at the window told other guy, they all started laughing, I think it was rude and unprofessional she left the window open, so you could hear them, then you wonder why your business is sometimes slow, they are pass the age of 2 they should know better, I ordered a combo and guess as a joke all my food was separated
