I ordered a Whopper meal with a sprite. The sprite was water no carbonation so I asked for another drink nicely and ketchup. The drive thu worker smacked her lips and said, " What do you want?". I said, " A Mr. Pibb or something stronger than the sprite. She replied she couldn't take sprite drink back as I tried to hand back to her. I love bk I eat twice at day and sad because personal are so rude using there cell phon right on front of the food and they still grave the food with same hands with out washing there hand that not okay I wish they respected customer food

The service was better than any other place I have visited. The employees were very polite and fast paced. Once my change was given back to me I had my food given too me as well. very fast service
