I mean it's Chipotle...it's awesome. It's just a super popular location and can be busy af. Even when it's busy, they get you in and out with great food. Always recommend.
Literally my whole order was messed up. Wrong rice, wrong protein, and black beans (i asked for no beans). I ordered on the app so that could be it.. The only good thing about the entire service was it was ready on time.

After waiting on a line for almost 30 minutes with only one person serving food. Then 5 employees come to the serving line and started to rush everything on the plates, almost throwing your food on the plates. I told the to stop and let me order my food without rushing me. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN. I love Chipotle but they lost my business!!!!
