Thanks to Jonnett .. I apologize if I spelled it wrong. She was awesome .. answered the phone at a good timely manner and took my order .. sandwich was perfect. She even brought me out my sandwich and took my payment because I had two sleeping babies in the car. Very understanding and great customer service! Will be coming again. You can't go wrong with jersey mikes!!! Everyone here is SUPER friendly and smiley, such pleasant vibes. And of course the food is always perfect. We just left a different sandwhich shop around the corner because as soon as we walked in there was drama going on between a customer and employee with the employee escalating the situation instead of just staying calm, so we came here instead and I'm so happy we came to this Jersey Mikes! Drama free and peaceful environment

The food was good but the customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially (I guess she's a manager,the slim white older female with the loud voice) and several others that have an attitude. When she's not there, it's fine. Almost every time I'm there,I see a new face.I wonder why.It's about to be at the point my blood starts simmering when I have to deal with her. Good food but it would be nice to see her gone!!
