Amazing atmosphere, great food, and a nice selection of drinks. Weirdly we waited in the lobby for what seemed like an eternity because no one was there to greet us and/or get us seated. Also there’s no sign saying please be seated or please wait to be seated so… pretty awkward. Not welcoming at all. Downright confusing unless you’ve been there before (which we had not). Nice place. Our family had to wait for another family to join the table to wait again for a chef to be available. We waited 45 minutes for the chef to begin his routine. Luckily we had devices to keep our children occupied. Oh, there is no guest WiFi. Otherwise, a good experience, the atmosphere has dwindled down a bit, hope it picks up to its former glory.

We went in & ordered 2 Steak & Shrimp & a Crunch Roll. We waited 30+ minutes for our order. At 1st we thought it was because they were busy. Somehow our order ticket got "misplaced". We were not the only customers waiting way over the average (15 mins) wait time to get the order. A couple of ppl had missing/wrong food from/in their order.
