When our party of 4 arrived, we were told there was a 25 minute wait due to the kitchen being behind. Parties of 2 and 3 and two arrived shortly behind us and told the same thing. The host went back to a table a bit out of sight, and seemed to be taking a break in between the door chime. What we, and other patrons thought was odd, was there were several empty tables we could sit at, and one couple was told they couldn't wait at the bar. Miss Rebecca Lee, and Mrs. Cindy Williams, the manager were very polite and nice they took care of every problem fast and quickly, They kept checking on us to make sure we were alright! Will be back!

The rib eye was terrible. I ordered medium rare but I could barely cut or chew it. The chicken parmesan was dry with hardly any marinara sauce. I won't be returning to Ruby Tuesday any time in the near future.
