I eat at Zaxbys often and tonight was a horrible experience. I was being rushed while taking my order just for them to ask what were my drinks after I already told them. They forgot the dipping sauce, all the workers were talking over each other. The black lady with the mask on had an attitude, and being loud saying “take this order I’m ready to go”. We got garlic parmesan fries and wings and things, and they were amazing. Eddie, our cashier, noticed we wanted a large meal and told us about the Go Big promotion. So not only did we get good food, but we also got a cool new cup!

Atmosphere great nice a clean! I ordered a house salad, fried pickles and the new fried chicken Philly. The Philly was good but…it was dry. It needs some sort of sauce or something.
