“Staff was friendly and gave some advice. We ate in, tables could have been cleaned better. Food came out quickly and hot. I had steak and the wife mixed chicken and steak. It was good, could have had a little more veg. Overall we were happy.“

“My wife and I just had two meals from Yummi Japan tonight. The food was good. It tasted fresh. It was a generous portion. Quality and price considered it was the best experience we've had with Asian food in this area. It's not often we feel like we have got it money's worth. Tonight we do. As long as the food stays fresh, the portions stay good and the price stays reasonable we will keep coming back often. Some of the Chinese places in the area could learn a lesson from Yummi Japan.“
“I was working in the area and decided to have some lunch. Hibachi 88 was right around the corner, so I placed an order using the Yelp app. I usually order Hunan Chicken, steamed rice and an egg roll when I go somewhere for the first time. I picked my order and got to work. I had a bowl with the entree, rice separated in a small box, and egg rolls in the wax pouch. The Hunan chicken had lots of chicken with just the right amount of zucchini, snap peas, mushrooms, and broccoli. Everything was quite tasty and the vegetables were cooked nicely. The rice was soft and not too sticky. The egg rolls were flaky on the outside with lots of flavorful cabbage and shrimp on the inside. All in all, it was exactly what I was hoping for. I'll be back when I'm in the area.“
“10/10 experience with them every single time. I've had their takeout for a few years now and they're ALWAYS super fast. I've had times where I've asked for no veggies and they've given extra rice to make up for it. They could add a bit more meat but honestly, that's the expensive part and in this economy, I understand rationing it out.“

We ordered several dishes to try it out (udon, tuba tartare, chirashi, and a few specialty rolls) and all of them were absolutely delicious.
