my fiancé and I put in a mobile order at 6:20 tonight, it said 16-20 minutes for pick up. He went in at 6:40 and they hadn’t even started the order, the workers were not helpful. One of the female workers put our order in the back at 7 o’clock and just left it sitting there and so my fiancé went and grabbed our order himself. If I could give this place 0 stars I would / I usually don’t leave reviews but this review is a must - the food : was terrible , I’ve eaten at several wing stop locations this one was by far the WORST . The chicken was not tossed they literally fried the chicken which was also over-cooked and just squirted sauce on top of the chicken . The French fries were ice cold . If I could give a 0, I would. For the SuperBowl, we ordered 200 wings, the pick-up was 2 hours late. They reserved all fryers towards one gigantic catering order, so everyone else was screwed. Couldn't a fryer or two been reserved to handle smaller orders? The employees were extremely unprofessional. The wings tasted horrible.
