I paid for a birthday party for my daughter (which is NOT cheap) & i had to keep going to look for my hostess. She brought pizzas out but never told us when the kids could start eating! Then she brings ice cream out & still no pizza has been eaten! By this time we only have about 45min left of party time! Prices are RIDICULOUS!!!!! For 3 45 minute cards $ 72 bucks, WHAT?And some of the games needed repair, not working properly. The toys for tokens used to be so much better but even those were cheap and kids didn't want them. Not returning any time

I love this place but when I went with my dad today, the staff wasn’t working they were just walking around and talking. I think I only saw one person working, the one person working was doing everything. The drink place was dirty and disgusting. But everything else was fine.
