Earned the 5th star. My order was ready at the promised time. I was greeted when I walked in. My order was correct. The staff were all working and not distracted. I would like the subs to be toasted again, however I can live without that when things are correct. Keep it up!
2 people working on a Sunday around 730. The kid who took my order was so slow and when I gave him cash he just looked at it. I gave exact amount. From the time we ordered to when we received HALF our order was approx 30 mins. We were the only ones inside. Then the girl making sandwiches says he has to cook the chili so it'll be a little longer. I asked why he didn't make the chili when I ordered it 45 mins ago! She says I don't know.
