Waited almost an hour in drive thru and the chicken in my salad was hard as a rock and looked like it was weeks old. The order was right but the food was far far from fresh. I can’t believe how low the quality has gotten- and Wendy’s is expensive. And it’s consistently like this when I go here.

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience that will test the limits of your patience, look no further than Wendy's on union road. I went through the drive thru at 10:45 at night paid for the food the girl said it didn't go through I showed her on my phone it did then she swiped my card again took the rest of the money off my card then I had to use another card to pay I have been dealing with this for over two weeks with there corporate office to no avail I will get my money back those girls working that night stole from me
