The staff is not on the same page. I went there daily, and each time, I got the exact same thing, and the price varied by a dollar or more. One said they can add extra powder sugar to the funnel cake, and others said the first person is wrong, although I got extra sugar. Food is good, but very dissatisfied with these boneless wings. These things are tiny! They are hard and overcooked. It looks like I was given the rejected ones that are croutons size.
I have given this Zaxby's too many times to improve. Usually the drive thru is at a stand still even when there are no cars in parking lot and its not uncommon to wait 15 minutes to even get to the speaker. I have been told I cannot place more than one order because they are short staffed when I tried picking up lunch for myself and coworkers and then today I stop( its convenient on my way home from work) and order traditional wings.
