So Jimmy Jonh's food is excellent. However, if you advertise freaky fast delivery, you need to adhear to that. I've been waiting for an hour for my order. I called and the worker told me my order was out for delivery. I live about 6 minutes from Jimmy John's. I ordered my food so I could have it delivered quick as I left my office to come home for lunch and get my lunch. However, now I'm still waiting and I need to get back to my office. I object to negative reviews in general, but sometimes you just need to warn others.In a word, this location is...Unimpressive.There's obviously a managerial or owner/operator issue.They were out of regular BREAD. I was able to get a "mini Jimmy" ... which was fine. Not what I wanted, and the kid taking the order acted like I was the idiot when I didn't understand what he was saying.I'm going to save us both some time and just sum up my experience with I should have walked out...read full review

Thanks for the open bag of stale chips. And I don't know what happened to "freaky fast", but lately it's more like sluggishly slow. The only reason I go to JJ's is for the fast service. I guess I'll start going somewhere the subs are worth waiting for....
