Whatever young gentleman was in drive thru today was nothing short of amazing! So sweet and even read me back my order when I had a question. No attitude or rude at all, seemed very genuine and happy to be there. Thank you very much for your customer service today!!
My husbad brought home the mediteranean chicken bowl a few weeks ago since I have to eat healthy for pregnancy. It was delicious. But I went back a few weeks later and they had removed a bunch of items from thier menu. Yesterday the cashier told me it was corporates doing. Why get rid of things that people like? The chain makes more than enough money to produce it. You'll lose your usual customers just by removing items. I don't know if I'll go back. They also removed the chicken...read full review
