Ordered at drive thru & still had to go inside to get order. Waited 35 minutes for an 8 pc.family meal.while waiting ( inside) for my order I observed the cashier telling a couple she'd be with in a minute while she took her phone to the back so she could text. Won't be returning to this Popeyes.

Personally, I love Popeyes in general so 5 stars everytime. Food is great but timing for this location is key if you want tenders don't go after 6:00pm they stop dropping/serving tenders after 9:00pm everything else is good till they close. Every so often you'll get someone who's not so friendly but that's pretty much everywhere, however I've noticed these people are more common after around 5:00pm. I am very satisfied with the service and diligence from the coworkers of Popeyes at this location. I would like to give kudos to Miss Ruby who greets me at the door, makes sure everything is accommodated with my order, and has a courteous demeanor. Myself working in the restaurant industry, it can be very busy and strenuous at times though I always feel welcome each visit. Keep up the great work everyone:).
