“I was traveling for work and decided to get some lunch near the training center. The wait time was minimal before my order was taken. I was greeted when I walked in. The restaurant is inside a convenient store but don't let that deter you. My order was approximately ready 7 minutes after placing my order. I ordered the oxtails, cabbage, rice and beans with plantains. I also ordered the jerk chicken for my dinner with the same sides. The food was very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor and the seasoning was perfect for me. The portions were nice and I didn't mind paying their prices. I will definitely visit again.Parking: Located in a strip shopping center with a few small businesses.“
“The first time I went here I was confused about it being seafood it was a Saturday. It was just fish but we came back and there was crab shrimp fried oysters clam chowder and fish. The food was was so good and you have to come early because people pile in early. The service was good.“
“4-1-23Two locations, this being the Rosewood one. Came for dinner on the date above. Interior is unique in that some seating is around a corner. Limited. Our table felt a tad sticky but wasn't dirty. Menus, however, were dirty.Got the Coastal Platter (16.99). A lot of food! Preface by saying I wanted okra and catfish, but they were out of both. So I got flounder, oysters, trout, mac and cheese, fries, and it comes with puppies. I found the trout ok but would have preferred catfish. Would skip it. The flounder was fried nicely, light and flavorful. Excellent. Oysters were also fried nicely with a hint of sweet bite to them. Excellent, too. Would totally reorder both the flounder and oysters. Mac and cheese and fries are good, accompanying sides. Puppies did nothing for me and needed butter.Service was good and waitress attentive. Needs to work on inventory a bit as was really looking forward to okra and catfish.Fry Daddy's is true to its name with an exhaustive fried menu. Are you looking for fried food without the grease splatter mess? This is a good option. Details, however, can make it great.Parking: Small.“
“Food was really good! I saw review photos on their scallops and went and tried them myself. The scallops are great sizes and surprisingly perfectly cooked!! Overall, place is amazing with friendly staff and super affordable prices. The only thing was the food took a bit longer to come out. But don't miss out on their Free Cake Fridays!! I'd definitely recommend you to try them out at least once to see for yourself!“
“I know it does not look much one the outside but OMG!!! The food and service was on point!! The crab legs and crawfish were cooked to perfection and was absolutely amazing!! Umami was a result of a google search for my husband and I and we will be going back and bringing people with us!!!“

“This place will surprise you! My wife and I have been there about 4 times. I must admit we were skeptical the first time walking up to the door at around 10pm, but where else are you going to get great food after 9pm? We’ve only been on Friday and Saturday nights, and we have never been disappointed. The food is far better than any sports bar I’ve been to. The wings, fried mushrooms and salads are very good. Just as good, or maybe a little better than Hooter’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The 2 ladies who served us on the several times we have visited are awesome and we just loved them! Even on the weekend just before Halloween, at their busiest time they were on point, prompt and friendly. We probably look a little bit strange to be here that late in the evening at our age (mid/late 40’s), but we’ve always enjoyed our food and very pleased with the friendly service and accuracy of our orders.“

“My experience was great. The lady was so sweet. Their daily specials are really well priced! Not to mention their regular priced items are already really cheap compared to other restaurants! The food was really tasty! We had tacos and enchiladas! We loved everything! Tortillas are homemade too! Nobody ( me ) likes those store bought corn tortillas.“
