Food was Good & Hot as usual. There has only been once I've ordered something that wasn't in my bag & I've been plenty of times! Last time I Did an online order in the parking lot because they had a coupon for so much off my order if I ordered online. I have to say it was very fast and my food was done and like I said very good and hot. French fries were cold. However, the employee immediately offered to cook new batch. Very kind to us. Wait time was approximately 5 minutes. Not a problem. Excellent service. Best Arby's in Greensboro!
