“I had the Where Art Thou Romeo Burger Combo was it worth the $13.16?No it was not it was plane did not see the big hype about it and the soda Black cherry was flat and nasty. Was the workers polite, helpful and kind?YesWell, I’ll go back?Yes Only if I was in the area i try something new, but would not get that same burger“
“I'm really surprised that I have not written a review on Hops. I was just recently there for lunch and expected to see my review after a few prior lunches. I must remedy immediately! No doubt in my mind, they have consistently earned a five star in my book.My go to our their burgers and sweet potato fries with a local craft brew. My most recent visit I tried a special on the menu. It didn't hit as well as others, but still based on other offerings I love them.A combination of strong service and delicious burgers and fries makes this an easy five star pull for me. They have two locations in town, the original and this one. They also have at least one location that's outside the area. However, keep in mind they are a local business.Parking: Off peak times plenty. On peak challenging.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available“
“My favorite spot especially when you receive a $5.00 coupon for the entire garden salad....recommendation: register to receive the coupons for awesome discount's??Isiah was very friendly and quick @ customer's need's....Thank you Isiah....Greatly Appreciated!“
“First impressions, it's located kind of in a larger parking lot with allot of other stores immediately by. So it's a bit intimidating. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and she explained how exactly we order and gave us some great info on the quality of ingredients they use. I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life (they're my favorite food) and this place is a hole in the rock. Top 3 burgers of my life.Overall, fantastic environment. The best kind of staff you could ask for.Amazing ingredients.Down right one of the best burgers I've ever put in my mouth hole!DO NOT PASS IT UP.“
“Went there as a family (ages 12 to 50+). Had a great evening! Food was great! Specialty items on the menu. Service was on point - warm and welcoming. Axe throwing was a lot of fun! Training session was just enough to get us started. We had a blast! Would do it again!“
“The music is too LOUD. I like to hear my waiter/waitress and actually talk to my dinner companions. Stupid dumb staff dancing not impressing at all. I only listen to country music so its not that. I don't want to eat where I need earplugs. Ask them to down volume the response is its as low as it goes! “
“The owner is super cool and friendly food was great hot wings was the best I've had in a while and the cheesecake taste like its straight outta Philly ? definitely enjoyed it and on top of that he serviced me fresh food 5mins before closing and the food was still “
“Excellent burgers and sandwiches. I also got a great milkshake! A food is a little pricy compared to some places but its very good!Parking: In a gas station. Ive been several times and never had to but you could park right next door @ taco bell“
“I stopped in today in the late afternoon. There was someone leaving with a bag of food and asked if they had been there before, and the woman praised the establishment, though did say that sometimes food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen, depending on how busy they were. Duly noted. In I went! The main bar area was almost completely empty. The place has a dark, cozy feel. That comfortable neighborhood bar feel. Not the commercialized kind you find at a chain, the classic sense of one. I can't explain it better than that. They have four TVs up behind the bar, most were showing sports related content, one had on a made-for-TV movie that made me think it might have been the Hallmark channel? I'm not a sports guy, so I spent most of my meal either looking at the smaller screen which was scrolling pictures from their Halloween party, or reading the Captions on the TV movie. The Halloween party scroller adds to that sense that this is a friendly neighborhood staple, and the staff here take pride in being part of the community. For being a smaller bar, they have done a nice job at curating their spirits list. They have some of the typical "well" brands, a couple of common middle-shelf items, and a few surprises on there that were also priced lower than I'd found at other places. Even more surprising is that some of them were still in stock! The bartender (Kat) was very efficient and welcoming, she gave me her feedback on her favorites from the menu. When two other gentlemen came in and seated not far from me, she asked them if they were going to be getting lunch, so she could put their orders in ahead of the orders of a large party in an adjacent room. I thought this was pretty thoughtful of her, as the large party was likely in no hurry, but these two guys were in suits and might have needed to watch the clock.I had the Rueben, with onion rings, and I also ordered a side of cheese curds. The sandwich was excellent for the price point. Next time I might ask what the upcharge is to get extra meat. No complaints on the value as it stood. The onion rings were very good. I meant to ask if they make them or get them in frozen, but I forgot. They came with a side of a tangy, slightly spicy (Jalepeno?) sauce. At first I thought it was extra Thousand Island dressing by the color, but it was closer to "Bang Bang" sauce (typically found with a shrimp dish at other places). The cheese curds were... okay. They were fried a little too long, so many of them started to explode, clumping together, and the breading burned in places. They came with an herbed aoli that was pretty good. I think that might go much better with fries or maybe even on a burger. They have some neat sounding twists on their burgers, and have monthly burger specials. Next time I go, I will probably try one of the burgers.“
“Porterhouse on Market is always a top tier experience. Todd is an amazing manager and has gone out of his way to make a meal right even if I didn't complain about it, but he just happened to notice something didn't look right. Jason is a great asset and host as well. Bri is always a joy to converse with and helpful. Top tier help, top-tier food. I never have a bad time going here.“
“We were in the neighborhood and decided to eat here. This place is cool!Ross was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful! I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant with a side of potatoes! It was absolutely delicious, flavorful and crispy bacon!!! My daughter had waffles with strawberries and bananas. She loved it! Looking forward to coming back again!!!“
“I wish we lived close to this place because we would become regulars! Found this place by accident in an awesome historic neighborhood. The burger selection is wonderfully diverse. I had the Swiss Bliss and my wife had the Hog Wild burger. They were both excellent! Logan and Aubry were both very helpful and friendly! We will definitely come back when we are in the area again!Kid-friendliness: We don’t have kids, but we saw that they provide sidewalk chalk for kids to decorate the patio. There’s even a cute little “toddler table” outside!“
“While visiting my girlfriend’s family in Greensboro for the holidays we went to the grandchildren’s favorite park. The kids wanted ice cream and we went to park side pull-up. I ordered a hamburger and my girlfriend had their hot dog. Both were delicious and the service was great. We will be sure to stop there again on our next visit.“
“I am not normally one to enjoy bowling because of the atmosphere of bowling alleys... however, Bourbon Bowl has elevated the bowling experience to a whole new level!! The restaurant and bowling alley were both modern and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere felt fun, young, upbeat, and lively! We enjoyed bowling and appetizers and cocktails and everything was wonderful! I'd definitely recommend the cheese curds, soft pretzel and pork bites!“
“Waitress was swamped but was super sweet. The food was great and it came out pretty quick. The atmosphere wasn't the most welcoming just felt a weird vibe and felt like people were staring. But staff was warm and friendlyParking: It's a little confusing if you park beside the restaurant or behind the restaurant.“
“This place deserves a 10/10!! This place is 100% AMAZING I came here today for the first time after driving by there for years I honestly used to think it was a little smoke shop or something until one day my family and I walked in and to our amazement it was a little diner we turned around that day because it was a lot of people for us but today I came back by myself and man when I say this place is top tier it really is I am soooooooo full and I have at least half a burger left half a salad and a decent amount of fries you can tell the food is made with love my burger was made perfect and the tomatoes what cut so perfectly I was in love lol I can honestly say I’m a sucker for beautifully cut tomatoes I always call them pretty tomatoes lol and they are sooooo hard to find these days but guys if you are driving by like I was give this place a try you won’t regret it ??❤️❤️ p.s the house dressing is amazing btw definitely worth the .50 thanks guys“
“I've driven by this place a few times and I'm glad I finally stopped. This isn't a place to dine in, although I believe you can. I would consider this a solid take out place. I ordered in advance via their website. The ordering process was very easy. I appreciated that you could select your sides and sauces easily. The online ordering said my food would be ready within 15 mins. The parking lot is not large but it is large enough for quick in and out orders. Just note, when you order online there is a list of drinks, but upon entering the establishment I realized they have drink fridges and snacks set up similar to convenient stores. So if you don't order the drink online, you have a second chance. I got there in 14 mins from ordering and the server was literally putting my food in the bag. Perfect! The bag felt hot so I knew my food was going to be warm when I got home. The server was super nice and friendly. I ordered the Sassy 8 wings. The sweet Thai chili sauce made those sassy wings super tasty. Yum! Not only did they taste well, they didn't skimp on the size and they just looked good! I was a little sad the celery was so small, but with wings like this I can't complain too much. I ordered a side of fries and goodness...they also tasted amazing! My son's chicken tenders were also plentiful. They made sure we had plenty of ketchup and ranch to dip our chicken. He loved them. This is a special spot and I will definitely be back to try other things on their menu, but after tasting those wings...it is going to be very hard not to order them again. Hey, I may get them along with something new.“
“Been here many times. Foods always good. Service is top notch. I do highly recommend the deep fried deviled eggs. They are amazing. This place is usually busy but they keep it clean and it normally runs pretty smooth. I will recommend you try this place out“
“Stopped in to grab a bite because I heard the food was fantastic. Oh my god, it was delish. I had the Gyro wrap and my husband had the Souvlaki wrap. We added feta cheese to both and that was a game changer. Fresh, hot and tasty. We will be back next time we are in the area.“
“I have experienced Big Burger Spot from Door Dash and other platforms. Nothing beats going into the restaurant. Service was great and made to order fresh burgers, will have you licking your fingers just to get another taste.Vegetarian options: Plant base burgers.“
“I have eaten here many times before, but yesterday everything was spot on. The first thing that grabbed my attention was a sign on the door of whom to contact with concerns etc. I thought this was excellent. Next, there was an immediate greeting from the front staff while entering. My significant other and I were seated immediately. I'm impressed because the waitress (India) established a rapport by giving her name. Most servers just ask "What will you have to drink?" India gave suggestions and recommendations as to what to order. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She also mentioned specials prior to us ordering. The food came out fast and everything was delicious. No complaints. Kudos to the entire staff especially India. I will return because of her hospitality. She should be recognized in front of her peers. Pictures to be uploaded soon. I forgot of all things to take a picture of the nice portion salad which was delicious. Great job! ⭐Dietary restrictions: I saw items or icons on the menu for gluten free I believe.“
“Best burger joint so far in NC. Super affordable, fresh tasting, flavorful burgers. Friendly service, fairly clean (sinks in ladies room need a major deep clean) but otherwise it's great. Fresh tea and THE BESTEST FRIES on the planet. Hot, crispy super shoestring fries. It doesn't get better than this y'all. Eat here.“
“Always a great pick for me, I usually go here during work for lunch. I get something different every day and I love it all. I usually go along with the specials they offer and am never disappointed. Good price and good people with good service.“
“No complaints here...Five Guys is more than just a tasty burger but an experience. I appreciate the food and its great customer service. I also appreciate that it is in the heart of great shopping areas and other favorites and is situated away from traffic. Easy access and time conscious on service.Thank you for all that you do.Parking: No complaints here...I also appreciate that it is in the heart of great shopping areas and other favorites and is situated away from traffic. “Ok everyone why all the shade? Let's get real. This place was delicious. I should've taken photos but didn't because we were so into eating our meals. That says something these days. We had long wondered about the burger joint tucked on the corner. Signage was always lacking to truly tell what it was, if it's open, and access from the main road is hard. That's really this place's only flaw we could find. If they fix the wayfinding and awareness marketing, this is a GEM! We dined in. Drive thru wasn't busy, but we wanted a sit down experience. It was clean, bright and inviting. Yes, there are POS systems to order. We however were welcomed at the counter to order, ask questions, and given good overall service that was working hard to get our order right to ensure we had the correct toppings and sides. Food was fast, fresh, and frankly, one of the best fast food burgers for the price we have had! Soft sesame seed bun? Check. Actually frame broiled where you see the flames? Check. Nice patty size? You got it. Basically anything you could want. We were especially thrilled with the tempura green beans, add a side of their boom boom sauce. Healthier substitute for fries and oh-so-tasty! Seriously GO HERE. Make it a HABIT. You'll understand. You just have to be diligent in getting to the building and I promise it's worth it. We will be back!“
“Was passing through town. Place is great. Was a little busy so we sat at the bar. Nice selection of beer. I got tuna burger. It was really good. Wife got chicken burger. Said it was good also. Really great bartenders. Wish one was in raleigh“
