“Went during the lunch rush. The crew were taking the orders outside to make things go way faster. The line seemed long at first, but went very fast. They streamline the process by having card or phone payments available at the time of order. The food was great as usual. This location has it down pat. Very friendly staff and smiles all around.“
“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“Great Southern breakfast food. Many of the products are locally sourced. The biscuits are fantastic with the different meat in them - Sausage, grilled chicken, country ham, fried chicken, and even just egg. The staff were exceptional, polite, professional, and personable to the point of being just downright friendly. The coffee packs some great flavor, and a caffiene punch. I can not recommend dining at Biscuitville enough. 10 out of 5 stars!“

“This is the best Arby's I've been to in a long time. The food was hot. The portions of my double roast beef were perfect. Two employees (cashier and another) were taking care of the dining area. The cashier, he was courteous and talked to many of the customers as he was cleaning. You can tell that this store is well taken care of by its employees.“

“I had the BEST experience today at this jersey mikes. Teia and Knowledge were so kind, patient and knowledgeable of the menu and all of the ingredients! Aside from that, their customer service was superior! Teia should be manager if there is an opportunity for it! Or at least give her a raise! “The food was pretty good! I haven't eaten here in years. There were a lot of options to choose from. The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! Kudos! I felt valued as a customer and will return because of the hospitality and food. My only main negative comment is that it was freezing cold in the establishment. If a heating element is out, I would have the establishment closed until fixed. Cold weather can hinder someone with certain conditions.“

It hits all the right notes that screams DELICIOUSNESS!! The guy at the counter (and his daughter?) were very accommodating and super friendly, even patiently explaining and answering our questions. The food portion was generous, and the home made ginger juice (OMG!! We regret not bringing home more.)I'm from Malaysia (we use a lot of spices in our foods), and trust me when i say, i know d@#n well when the food has a great mix of spices in it.
