The food is not just authentic Sichuan and some other regional Chinese, but cooked with a very high level of skill. The 干煸四季豆 is the most beautiful example of this dish I have eaten in over 40 years of eating this dish, including in China. I think I tasted green Sichuan peppercorns, quite a treat. Finally! New Authentic Chinese! Greensboro!I had the blood curd with baby bok choy. Delicious ! I recommend asking them to cut the spice down by half tho... Great job you guys! smelled great! restaurant clean! and beautiful staff very professional and friendly.
