“I went there during my lunch to order a 20 piece nugget, large fry, large sprite, and m&m mcflurry. The line took forever. The guy at the window was nice. He handed me my drink but looked confused at the drink. He made an oreo mcflurry. That was wrong and so he had to remake it. He gave me my food and I left. Well the fries were cold and the sprite ended up being water. I didn't even bother to turn around because my lunch was only for 30 minutes. A little disappointed.“
“Parking: If this is the McDonald’s on Pisgah Church, they should really make it into a only drive thru because if you park good luck getting out especially if you are in a hurry, hopefully someone that’s in line for the drive thru would be so kind as to giving you space to back up. When ever I changed it to two lanes for the drive thru I feel as it has gotten worse.“
“First off, the manager literally took care of us in the playground, while walking orders out the door to people’s cars ?, if there were more than 2 people there, I never saw them. I watched them as they checked on us, worked the drive through effectively and efficiently, while keeping the store clean. “I get off work close to midnight once a week and I frequently swing by this McDonald's since it's on the way home and is open 24 hours. Sometimes it's slammed, sometimes its not, but it always runs so smoothly! Everyone is so nice, it's super quick and my order is always right. This place is a God send after my longest work day.“

“Can you believe that the girls at the window know my voice and face for coming by so often, like every morning ?. I always get my decaffeinated coffee ☕️, using the best easiest application, the McDonald's app, that give me awards and my coffee ☕️ for only 99 cents, every day. Of course McDonald's is a national chain, but this place always greets you with a local smile and thank you“
“Decently fast. Was excited they had a play place, but the tables all were kinda dirty. Their was a person cleaning that was even down on the floor scrubbing the baseboards, so props to him for that. Though he left a full dirty mop bucket in the play area unattended for a long time. That's a huge risk or hazard for children. It only takes a second for a child to fall in and drown not to mention its also not very sanitary, but then again, it's a McDonald's.“

“This is a 24 hr. McDonald's. We came here after a concert at Hangar 1819. The service at the drive thru was great food was all prepared correctly and we got everything in our order the first time. This is the second time to this McDonalds and we will probably stop there again.“
“I was personally suprised to see the amount of negative reviews to this location, i work very close by and i frequently go here on my meal breaks, the management is very friendly, restaurants always clean, my order has only been wrong once, and the food quality is the best out of any mcdonald’s in greensboro.“

Her outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction deserve recognition, and she exemplifies the standard of excellence McDonald’s should uphold. “Ok food, but was skimped on the thing we wanted most ...the fries. I called back and got a recorded message, I left a message with my number but never heard anything back. Highly disappointed.Parking: Visited for my kids happy meals and daughter's dinner, but I was disappointed in portion of fries given. Two medium fires wouldn't fill one small order box. The person who packed the order knew they were light on the order when they packed it.“
“I am writing to let this location know what a great asset they have working here this morning (12/15). His name is Darnell. I do not have my receipt in hand so I can't give you exact times (7:20 - 7:30), but when I pulled up to the drive-thru ordering station, a very pleasant young man's voice came over the intercom. He was extremely professional, spoke very calmly and politely and provided the best drive-thru intercom service I have experienced in a long time. I'm talking about years, people. I would like to have complimented him directly, but he was not at either window when I paid and picked up my soda. That is all I purchased - 1 large Coca-Cola.In my youth (1986 - 1988) I worked at a fast food establishment back home. When customer service actually meant something and fast food team members truly cared about their customers.In the past decade, and longer, the public has come to expect rude, unfriendly, brusk interactions when dealing with fast food establishments. That is a shame and we, as the consumers, should not have let it get this bad. Least of all, expect it. We have to take responsibility for not demanding better.That is why I am taking the time to write this review. “First time at this location. In Christmas Vacation. They have a breakfast menu item that I haven't eaten it like 4 years (actually I had it a few days b 4 in Crossville, TN). The STEAK, EGG AND CHEESE BAGEL ! I usually eat a pair and a large coffee, and I am good to go ! About 2 miles away from where I was staying.“
