The food is delicious. Definitely my favorite burger place to eat. The atmosphere is great The service is amazing for the number of servers they have. My only complaint is the hours. I never know what time they are going to close. Really missed it 24-hour version that used to be in
I just moved to the area and this was my first time at a Steak n Shake. It was a very pleasant experience. Xuang G was our waitress and she also rang up our check. She was very nice, friendly, and attentive. Because of Xuang, I would definitely come back.

They are just understaffed here at the current time of my posting this. They usually have about 1 person serving the whole place so that means it can be slow to get both food and service. Usually it isn't very busy but that always depends on when you go. There food is alright not top tear but still good. Atmosphere is very friendly despite the struggles they may be having.
