I order my food online; I ordered a few soft tacos and a quesadilla. The soft tacos' meat seemed like it was cooked a little long but was still good. The quesadilla, was a bit top soft to try and pick up to eat, used a fork but other than that everything else was

Ordered a Chalupa Supreme. It is supposed to be fried and crispy. Mine was soft and floppy. The kids working there said that is the way it's supposed to be. Wrong!Hear from the Taco Bell website:The Chalupa Supreme sure weaves some beautiful witchcraft. Take a traditional flatbread, something already awesome in its own right, and FRY it. Suddenly you have a shell that mysteriously marries chewy and CRISPY; pure sorcery.

Question: does Taco Bell make some of their tacos ahead of time or is it that they don't drain the beef.I always get the 3 Supreme Crunchy Taco meal with an additional Supreme. I live only minutes away from two T'Bell restaurants. The shells are almost always soggy on the bottom. I have to peel them off of the paper. It gets frustrating at times. I don't understand.
