Great food and their mint lemonade is refreshing and delicious! The chicken shawarma and falafel are stand-outs. Don't make our mistake though...there is an automatic charge of 18% gratuity for parties of five or more, usually restaurants start that at parties of six. Here, you pay at the register and digitally. Someone in our small group didn't expect that and gave another 20% tip while standing at the front register, $55 total tip for a $130 check. I called and asked for a manager, the young man (name not given here) whom answered, may have been our server, and didn't seem to care that a mistake was made, and said nothing could be done. Hard lesson to learn. Customer service in this case was not his or their strong point. We have been coming here for a long time because the food is so good and usually consistent. The dining area could use a thorough cleaning-the seats, table, and piano were not as clean as they have been in the past. Overall, worth trying and a great restaurant for Middle Eastern food in Greenville.

My favorite place to visit when I go to visit my family in Greenville. The staff is all amazing, the service is incredible and the food is 10/10. They make the best mint lemonade I have ever tried !!!! And the prices are great as well.

I got carry out and was not impressed with the lamb kabobs. I guess they're better if you dine in . Ot wasn't flavorful and it was not tender. It was the same way last time so I wanted to give them one more chance. Not sure if I will order takeout again or even dine in. It all depends on what mood I will be in for food I guess.

Great to know about this option for dinner out in Greenville. I don't know why the place was not at all busy. The falafel and the lamb kabobs are terrific. Service was helpful and friendly. I saw a complaint about the prices but they are quite reasonable for food mostly cooked fresh to order, served hot to the table. We had full dinner with beverages and baklava and it was 50 bucks plus tip for 2 of us. Parking is safe and convenient.
