I Literally drive to work furious and when I get there I work in the Mall in Greenville so you know how far that is to unravel my Cajun filet Biscuit with egg And cheese to realize that there ain't a Cajun filet on om biscuit just egg and cheese mind you my moms brings me to work si I have to call her this come get me take me back and miss a client I'm a Barber and the manager acted like she was appalled.....I Have Eaten Here every day for 23+Year's What should I Do?...?

Placed a mobile order on their app. Went to get it and get told they “don’t do mobile orders, you’ll need to call them.” It was placed on the Bojangles app. Why would it take my cash, place my order to the store, then all of a sudden not accept mobile orders. Didn’t even offer a refund or even an apology. Not satisfied whatsoever.
This place has definitely improved because the last time I came here there was fighting and arguing, but this time all I saw was a cooperative staff, and I saw how nice the Associate was. THANK YOU!!!

The employees were great.The food was great.The bathroom needs a major overhaul, toilet paper holders falling off the wall, toilet paper won't even stay in. Rust all over. Doors locks won't work on the bathroom. Soap to high for kids to reach, paper towel holder falling off the wall... The garbage can is in a good place

Literally the most awful service of my life lmao waited almost 20 minutes in drive thru line only for them to give us 4 boxes of food with no bag and argue with us about forgotten items. Meanwhile every single worker inside is gossiping and just hanging out. Do yourself a favor and try a different location bc this was wild.

This Bojangles does not open until 7am. It has been that way for over a year. For some reason they refuse to update their hours on Google even though I have submitted the correction many times. Excessively long wait times in drive thru. Go somewhere else.

Order my food, after 10 min, I ask them where is my food, they lost my ticket so they asked me what I had, then they made i got my food got in the truck to eat my sausage egg & cheese biscuit and it was so dried out, look like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. I mean "Come on man". I am not one to complain but dam. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN.

I ordered an 8 piece tailgate special along with an 8 piece dark box. I went up to the window and some girl in the back yelled out, "SHE WANTS AN 8 PIECE TAILGATE AND AN 8 PIECE BOX???!!!" The cashier confirmed my order and that girl walked up to the window and asked the same question to me with the same exasperated tone of voice, and when I said, "Yes, please," she yelled out, "Oh my God" or something like that before shaking her head and walking away. I ordered 16 pieces of chicken total. Not every single piece of chicken in the restaurant. They're a chicken restaurant. Apart from breakfast that's mostly what they serve. They should have that much chicken either ready to go or ready to drop. It would be no different if I had ordered the tailgate and then the person behind me ordered the same thing??? I was even fine with waiting, since I tend to do that often at this restaurant. That girl's attitude was just not it. Now granted, I probably could have just ordered a 20 piece tailgate, but what? Would she have still been mad at me then for ordering something that's on the menu????
