The store is getting a little age on it, but the food is always good (the coleslaw is the best to me) . The staff are friendly as well. I have always liked Captain D's food, I just wish they wouldn't have closed the Washington store, but when I'm on that side of Greenville, I'll stop to get a plate.

This place sucks!!! Website says open till 10. Just stopped by at 9:25 and they were already closed. Last time I stopped by in the morning, coming home from the airport. And the didn't open for 30 minutes past the posted time. Never again!!!

Whoever is cooking the battered dip fish, is not cooking it right. Before covid it was good, now it’s just nasty, it has waaaaay too much breading and it don’t be done. I be biteing through a bunch of bread before I get to the fish.

I love Captain D in Laurinburg, NC. My home town. They make their tartar sauce from scratch not premade,it's the best! However the Captain D's on Greenville does still have great food and the pieces fish and chicken are better than Laurinburg ??♀️

Super nice and friendly staff! The food is so delicious I miss the pecan pie unfortunately it's a little bit too salty I wish they wouldn't use so much salt. The potato soup was good but too much salt. Same for the green beans. Otherwise it would get a 5. The food is always hot and fresh. Love the fish!
