If you have a common last name, such as Williams or Johnson etc, don’t use the mobile ordering app. Because they just call out last names and there is like 500 Williams in Greenville and by the time I got inside the mall. My food was gone. Had to wait for them to cook it again. A waste of time for me and a waste of money for them. They need to slow down and ensure that the correct person is getting their food. I will never use mobile pick up at this location ever again.
I chose the max amount of pickles and sauce and I was given only two pickles per sandwich and was only given the minimum sauce and my order was for 10 people. Extremely dissatisfied. I also believe that a chicken tender was used for one of my sandwiches.

I've been going to chick-fil-a over 20 years. Always a pleasure until I was greeted by Layah or something like that. I asked for fresh nuggets and she told me she can't do that. She can't type it in. I told her you are the 1st person to ever tell me that. She's goes there's nothing she can do. Then I say the kitchen is right behind you. She goes I can't ask my coworkers to do that. I usually get a my pleasure. But not this time. Won't be back! I don't know how she got hired with that attitude which is very uncommon with any chick-fil-a I've been to.
