“I love this spot! Every time I eat here my expectations are exceeded. I had the chicken and waffle last time and it was the best I’ve ever had. For coffee, I had the sweet potato latte which tasted amazing and I would never have thought to pair sweet potato and coffee but it was delicious!Service was great! Staff is very friendly and you can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their establishment. Can’t wait to go back to try more of their menu!“

I will return and bring friends!Parking: There is ample parking in the lot behind the café.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. I am not sure if there was a button to open the doors to the parking lot but when I visited they had a person stationed who opened the doors and greeted us.“
“This was such a great place!! It was so fun picking out doughnuts to make. The owners were the nicest people ever and explained everything. We have never been here so this was so much fun. The lady, who sadly I missed her name but was the owner with her husband, was great at explaining how it worked and her husband was making the doughnuts in the back. I have to say these doughnuts ? ? were so incredibly yummy and fresh. They are the best doughnuts I have ever had!! If you have never had these, you must absolutely go and try these and make your own flavor!! They are so awesome!.“
“Food , service, atmosphere all excellent, we were a bit late for lunch but the staff were friendly and very helpful. Owing to our lateness we were the last to finish , the owner/ chef came to say hello, we were happy to tell him how much we enjoyed our meal whilst he also showed interest in our travels.Parking: Ample city centre parking.“

The associates were super nice and the coffee was hot and good and the service was awesome There were so many options to choose from , but I just settled for a regular coffee. “This is in response to the review posted by Chris C. I remember this differently. As I recall, I was standing in line waiting to order a drink before beginning my shift, when a man I've never met before approached, stood uncomfortably close to me, and said "You're really tall." He then moved even closer, extended his arm and asked if he could compare arms to see if mine was longer, to which I said "No, you may not." He asked me if it was because he was ugly, which I ignored. His behavior was completely inappropriate, and made me uncomfortable. Postscript to Chris C. Please don't imply that this interaction equates to a poor customer service experience at my store. Your words have the power to impact people, and no one who refers to another human being as "pure trash" is a victim.“
“I really enjoyed the food, and the hashbrowns were tasty as well.I have one very silly complaint though, and it’s the tamper evident stickers that was used on my iced coffee lid I spent well over 10 minutes trying to get this tamper evident sticker off just to find sticky residue left behind right after. That is honestly my only suggestion and it’s not even about the flavor of the food ?“
“I want to start off by saying this Starbucks is amazing and I typically never have a problem. Yesterday I ended up walking over to grab a cup of coffee. When I got close to the store I saw a two men sitting outside. I was alone so I was trying to be cautious for my safety. I walk inside and stand in line waiting to order when this man comes up to me and asks for money. I was a little shocked because I was on the phone so I didn't think anyone would bother me. This man asks me to CashApp him some money and it made me slightly worried for my safety especially having to walk back alone. I tried to confide in one of the workers and I was upset at how she reacted. I explained to her what had gone on in which she asked me a question..."Are you new to Greenville?" I explained I go to school here and I was not new. I am pretty sure the next thing she told me was, it was common for people to ask for money. I was not upset at the fact that someone had asked me for money, I was upset at how she handled the situation. I was scared and tried to ask for help. It seemed like she didn't care what had happened and it upset me. I was shocked at her response. All in all, I have never really had a problem here, but this interaction was upsetting.“
“It seems that this Starbucks is very consistent; always fast and friendly service!The staff certainly helped to kick start our morning! Everyone took the time to welcome us in with a friendly hello; I thought that was amazing, being that quite a few people with service jobs appear to be unhappy and care less about greeting you or serving you with a smile. Everyone at this location seem to work well together!Ms. Alexa had great customer service; she made sure that our drinks were customized properly as requested, along with our breakfast sandwiches. She also was nice enough to hand us our completed order versus just putting it on the counter.This establishment appeared to be very clean, and well stocked with merchandise.We ordered the Cinnamon Dolce Latte - (one hot, one cold), with the beyond meat breakfast sandwich and bacon and egg gouda; everything was delicious! The drinks were on point, and the sandwiches were superb - hot and fresh! I love that CDlatte had a good balance of flavor and not too sweet; I ordered a 16oz with only 3 pumps of syrup, no sprinkle toppings... it was piping hot, which was perfect!The parking lot in front can get full fast, but there is more parking on the side and in the back. Inside seems a little limited on indoor seating, but there is nice outdoor seating available as well. The drive through line can be long, but it moves quickly.I recommend you visit this Starbucks, this is definitely my favorite SB location!Vegetarian options: It's great to know that SB offers quite a few vegetarian options. Both the Beyond breakfast sandwich and the spinach and egg white wrap are delicious!“
“My new favorite place for coffee! Today my my first time visiting. I loved how the drive thru has two lanes. I didn't expect the lines to go as fast as they did. The young lady who took our order was very nice. She was fun to chat with as we ordered and waited for our drinks. The young lady who brought our drinks to her to give to us also chatted with us. It was unexpected and everything I never knew was possible. Maybe the chatting made the wait seem faster than it was? Either way I don't care. Exceptional customer service makes the whole experience top tier!I had the sweet and salty, extra sweet. I don't like coffee taste in coffee drinks (yes that's counter intuitive), I like the caffeine but flavor cover ups. My drink was sweet and I tasted the chocolate flavor but I could also taste coffee. I imagine this is logically what most people want. Overall I liked it. My husband has the blondie, regular. His drink didn't taste like coffee at all and was sweet. It tasted smooth and creamy and more like a sweet cream flavor imo. I liked his more than mine. He loved his but also loved mine because he likes a stronger coffee taste.I highly recommend 7 Brew. It was a fun place to visit. The workers are very friendly and chatty. I will definitely be back alot to try more flavors. They have a variety of drinks on their menu and it's less i intimidating to understand than Starbucks. At starbucks it's hard for me to understand what things are and will taste like or even how to order. 7 Brew is simpler and cheaper. Definitely give them several tries!“
“As a tourist, this place was amazing for meeting up with our friends and colleagues. We chose to sit outside ( it was slightly cold with they had outdoor heaters) they were very accommodating for a very large group of us with no reservations, so that's impressive. Unfortunately, we closed the place down, and I did not get to explore this beautiful place more as there looked like more to see. Has multiple floors and multiple outside spots, too, which is amazing. The bar is beautiful and there are plenty of beers, and mixed cocktails...and very very tasty drinks. These bartenders know their mixology. Their beer selection is huge, so it an amazing place for drinks. I can't say different things about the food the menu is large, very great selection and the food was amazing! I had the spicy blue cheese burger, and it was so yummy!!“
“I have been here a few times and I love it! Backstage uses local coffee, it has a very fun atmosphere, and everyone is very welcoming! I try to pick a different latte every visit and they have all been delicious. I highly recommend Backstage Coffee and will be returning myself soon.“
