Tacos didn’t meet my expectations and they should’ve been left under a warmerTea was freshly brewed so all my ice melted and it was no longer sweet. Waste of lunch money

Roaches roaches roaches. Never again. Food is standard nothing to praise. But BUGS in a food setting? VISIBLE to consumers is incredible. I wonder how they pass

The restaurant is not fancy, but the food is out of this world and is simply the best Mexican restaurant for miles around. Every dish that we had here was so flavorful, including the mixed alambra, the tacos, tamales, pollo,...You don't want to miss this!

Unprofessional staff assume I didn’t speak Spanish. Food was cold and overpriced. I will never comeback.

WE will NOT be back.I didn't fall n hit my head so I'm not about to go pay a place to ruin my good mood. It sucks bc the food is actually really good. We couldn't believe how good it was!! 1st Mexican restaurant we chose in Greenville & weve been twice in the last few days but the ladies cooking & calling tickets need a SERIOUS attitude adjustment!!We ordered to go both times. 1st time we got home, we were missing 2 sides so drove back to get it & they acted like we INCONVENIENCED THEM BY DOING IT. you tell them thank you or muchas gracias....you don't get no response. Maybe an, "...uh huh."2nd time we checked the bag before we left....we were missing 4 things. The young girl with the white Bluetooth in 1 ear & tattoo under the other acted like I was blind & didn't see it. I pulled the stuff out, showed her...she still questioned me, I showed her my receipt. It wasn't what she said (how she said things tho). Told me it'd be a little bit (that's fine) but she LOUDLY BELITTLED THE YOUNG LADY BEHIND THE REGISTER THAT TOOK OUR ORDER IN FRONT OF THE STAFF & CUSTOMERS....blaming her for not putting the order in correctly.....yes she did. You didn't read the ticket right. It wasn't a big of a deal, she made one. The girl behind the register was amazing btw! kind & patient both times but the others...? ..this isn't even all of it...I just don't wanna invest anymore in this place but felt the ones putting money into this EL AZADOR, this is why our future business was lost & We over heard another couple with their baby ALSO saying she had a bad attitude at the table next to us. And while we were waiting we were talking about ordering the 20 tamales Tuesday that unfortunately we'll miss out on now. I've worked the restaurant life as a server & manager in many different settings. I know it gets chaotic & fast paced. Mistakes are made, ppl have bad days & that's completely understandable but a nasty attitude just isn't. We weren't even aggravated about missing food the 1st visit, having to drive back, wait for it, go home & put what we originally got in our dishes to heat up in the microwave bc of course it got cold waiting.

Different than most Mexican restaurants. Seemed more authentic, though since I've never been to Mexico I really don't know. Prices seemed lower, too, and the food was really good. Enjoyed looking at the posters they had on the wall...I remember one was about the different varieties of corn different cultural groups grow.
