Was picking up a cheeseburger, fries, and a milkshake. I get everything but the shake and I ask a worker where the shake is, they tell me it's in the bag and walk away. Common sense tells me the bag is too small to hold the shake, and I'm right. I was about to ask for the shake when the manager finished up the shake and gave it to me. I wouldn’t have minded waiting an extra 5-10 minutes for the shake, but I don't like being lied to. Make sure they give you a milkshake if you ordered one.

Great burgers, fries and shakes. It's a bit pricey for a burger but the taste is great and all those fries make up for it. Now the fries are getting pricey so we may have to share from now on.

Decent place to eat lunch. However, the food is over priced and somewhat overrated.

"All the way" no longer contains all the items on the list! Burger was flat tasting due to this fact. Fries were good and hot though. Probably will not return again.Parking: Big parking area

Had lunch today at 5 Guys. At time, noon, only guest in restaurant. Ordered reg hamburger. Regular fries ans small soda. Price $21.45. Fries were over cooked rest was fine.Suggestion.....if in Greenville. NC, go Cubbies. Cheaper and tasty.

Prices are INSANE. I mean I get it..prices are up all over...but you can get full meals at other places for the cost of one burger here. Such a waste of money.

Best place for a good burger and fries. Is it expensive? Yes, but I know it’s cooked when I order it and good hot food is hard to come by these days. If you haven’t tried it yet, quit waiting!

Five Guys is always delicious. I love how easy it is to customize a burger with a large variety of topping options. The fresh, hand cut fries are the best by far. My issue with Five Guys is the price. It cost over $14 for me to get a little cheeseburger and a little fry. Calling it "little" is deceiving because the burger is big enough and seems like a regular size and the fries are always overflowing in the cup and fall into the bottom of the bag. I understand I'm paying for quality but this still seems a bit much and I only treat myself to Five Guys a few times a year and it's definitely a place I go alone because I'm not going to pay $30-40 to go with my husband and I certainly will not take my whole family of five. My other issue with Five Guys is their online ordering. I order online so I can just walk in and pick up my food then leave. I don't want to have to come inside and wait but that is always the case here and I don't understand. The system asks to let them know when you are on your way. It even tracks your location to know how far away you are. You can tap a button to let them know you are there but it is never ready and waiting for you. You still have to go to the register and let them know you are there/check-in. In the past I was told it's because they want every customer to get their food hot and fresh to maintain the quality, especially the fries. I get it and my food was still hot when I got home and it was indeed delicious BUT I don't like ordering online just to go inside and still have to wait. I would rather just tap the I'm here button and get notification when my food is ready and then go walk inside to pick it up.Parking: Common/shared parking lot with other stores in the strip mall but there is always plenty of parking.
