Frisco Burger combo-Horrible service.All 3 cars in the drive thru were told to pull to a parking space.Waited 14 for our food to be brought to us in the parking lot.The older man in the truck beside me said his order was wrong but took it anyway then sped off.No ketchup with my fries.(I asked for 2)Low amount of fries.Flat sprite after being told it wouldn't be & being told tea wasn't an option. Burger barely warm. First & last time going there....

I ordered DoorDash from this location. I wanted just an egg on a biscuit as I am vegetarian and cannot eat bacon or sausage. The only way to do this on DoorDash is to order a sausage and egg biscuit and only select egg. I did not have sausage selected. My order came with it so I called DoorDash support and had it reordered. It came again with the sausage. This location cannot follow simple instructions.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is very hard to order.

I used to work here, and the general manager, Tanika (Tee), and the assistant manager at the time (lady) made my experience HORRIBLE. It was the first time I cried while working at a fast-food restaurant. She’s a “godly “ woman on the outside, but she is evil and rude. She had me doing “shift lead “ duties, but I was still getting paid as a cook, and when I asked her about it, she never responded. They gossip so severely. She can never keep employees because of how they talk to them. The food was good, but those two people were horrible. If you're looking for a positive environment and don't want to be torn down then don't come q

I will be the first to admit this location has its issues one day I went and was in drive thru almost 20 minutes, got to the window and was told to park with other cars the young man working couldnt find the right cars for the bags he had. I went back the very next day and decided to go in although busy it was a 100% difference. The Manager ( Tanika )I believe was her name was great she was getting orders out. The person working Drive Thru older gentleman ( Shawn ) was multi tasking between drive thru and front counter good job. The one cook they had ( Pooh ) was great under pressure... That Crew Deserves A Raise Because They Handled Business... Keep Up The Good Work.

Don’t understand why you have a drive thru then after you order and pay you have to park and wait 30 mins. I ordered breakfast, you can cook breakfast in 30 mins at home. I have been to other Hardee’s and never go thru all this.

If I could upvote the service I absolutely would. The inner design is kind of small where you order and wait for your food, but the staffing and food quality mote than makes up for the experience.
