Our server Ava was so sweet! However, there was a piece of hair in the drink (not from her because her hair was a totally different color) we stopped the first worker we saw once we noticed it and asked to get it remade. He snatched the drink, and had a nasty attitude. His name was Tyler by the way!!! Tyler was VERY unprofessional!!! Besides that incident, the food was great, and so was Ava’s customer service. She will be the only reason I give this restaurant a second chance.

I give 3 star because the food is always excellent, I always enjoy coming back for the food. I understand the high prices for seafood so I cant complain about that. the stars are for the service and the atmosphere.the service is typically a bit lax for me, as often as i have come here, our group is the one waiting on our server instead of the other way around. There have been more than one time where I had to get up and try to find where our server is. 2 of us in our group constantly drink like camels, and I let the servers know ahead of time, but we still have to look for our server to get drinks.The atmosphere of decorations is a good match for the resteraunt, but what I have fault with is the music, and also how loud it is. There have been a few times expecially recently where the music was too loud for our group, and I know you want it loud so your guests dont have to hear guests from another table, but you also want it where people sitting beside each other can talk to each other as well, this has happened white alot.Then the kind of music played here is not conductive for the type of resteraunt, and because of this, our group doesnt like it. It is a factor in where we go to eat. This is definately a topic I bring up with others before picking this place to eat at, because the people I eat out with also are very picky on what they have to listen to when it is blasted loud.

Not Impressed at all! Food was way over priced. $116 for two people.. and waitress came around every 15 minutes. Refills on tea only once. Had to ask for plastic ware, bowls or plates to eat from. Poor seating for a group. Most unorganized, expensive place I have been and will not be returning. Juicy Crab was far better.

Very nice place, well decorated for the theme of it. Service was excellent. They have some of the best calamari we have had in a long time.
Overall very happy with our experience. Service was excellent in the bar and restaurant. Food was pretty good. Fries came out very cold but the server had them remade and were excellent.

The food is always good. But I only get a seafood boil. . . This time we just went out for drinks and decided to get an appetizer. . . The service isn't always the best. Takes forever for someone to check on you, even when there not busy. And the place is really dark. . . Most of the time the waitresses are super friendly but this last time we went we thought they where going to fight over who was serving the table. Had us a little nervous. But over all this is a good place to eat.

Food was good. Our boil originally came out and was missing the two clusters of snow crab we ordered. Thankfully, the cook fixed that quickly and added another cluster in for the mistake. We had ordered the King crab in our boil and ended up getting 2 legs, not even a cluster, and when I got the bill, it was $60 just for 2 legs! So my total was $160 and I was a bit shocked but we didn't complain. Personally, I believe that the price of the king crab should be disclosed on the menu. Our waitress Ava was nice and made sure we were taken care of. The bill was just too much for what we got.
