“Katsuri who? Cinnamon who? This place leaves both of those in their dust!!!! All I can say is wow!!!! The food here is so delicious. The chili paneer momo, omg! The mali kofta and paneer tika misala were amazing and piping hot!! Don’t forget the naan! This is our new favorite restaurant and we will definitely be returning.“
“Ive been here multiple times, I have always loved the food, always. the only complaint i have about the food.... is that when I go during the buffet time, they dont have lamb! I love the lamb, but there was none offered.the service was adequet, we come in groups when we are there, each time many people are already done with drinks and keep looking for refill but no one is around so we have to get up to get someone. but they are polite around us, so most of us dont mind waiting when server is polite with us.the atmosphere isnt completely in line with indian cuisine, but a mix. its a good feel though for a small resteraunt, and I will say again i love the place and the food. its worth visiting.Parking: Location is near Staples, lots of parking areas.“
“I did like the food but there was no Lamb here, all the other indian places ive been at ive tried their lamb, but there was none so i tried the other foods. It was buffet style, all the food i had was all chicken, some spicey some not, the sauces were great and the food that i had was excellent.the service.... we werent asked what kind of drink, we were given water. Personally I dont mind, i liked it. it was a good atmosphere, but the waiter we had would only come around when he wanted, and would refill our drinks even if it wasent half gone, so that was good service on the drinks, but if you tried to flag him down, he was already gone. I tried to talk to him to see what else was offered besides buffet but he just kept knodding his head and not responding, so i gave up.the whole look of the place matches the atmosphere of indian cuisine, and it is pretty good and a great feeling.“
“Calcuttas is somewhat new to Greenville. The food is 10/10. The drinks are 10/10. Calcuttas really seems like they are gonna be one of the top (if not already) bar/grill places in the heart of Greenville. Seems like they really are invested in having the best customer service and also best deal. If your a local definitely check it out and if you’re just stopping by definitely check it out.“
“Went for the first time today for lunch. The waiter was very nice and helpful. My friend and I shared an appetizer, which was delicious. She enjoyed chicken masala and I also enjoyed my vegetarian dish. We also ordered garlic Naan bread and regular Naan bread which was very tasty to have with our lunch. I also had a very good cocktail. Can’t wait to go back.“
