I was the only one in line but they made me park, but I ordered three of the hot & ready so I'm guessing they were not ready. Also the pricing stinks, bring the $5.00 pizza back. You can keep the high prices but lose me as a customer. I still waited over 20 minutes today.

Used to be a frequent customer for years. After deliveries without a single correct item or missing items and no response from customer support or the store to correct or refund items not received I have not returned or reordered.... also disappointed that items advertised as "hot and ready" never being available without a 15 or 20 min wait... they lost this customer for good. Dominos is my go to, much better service and rarely a mistake. When there is one, they are quick to correct and eager to make it right with replacement, refund, or a second delivery to deliver a forgotten item.

I used to love this Little Caesars, but the last few times we have ordered the crust of my pizza has been so thin it is hard and when I break off a piece it actually cracks and the olives were like little strips of skin leather with virtually no flesh. The crust in never even. One side is thicker than the other, but still not what I would call a regular crust. Even warming up in the microwave does not soften the crust. I don't know if they are trying to save money on flour or what, but the crust is so bad that I won't be ordering pizza here anymore, which makes me terribly sad. I'm sorry, but I really do not like thin crust pizza and I didn't order it by mistake.

I stop and got a thin crust pepperoni pizza it's so hard I could sand wood with it. I have gotten one before it was not like that and the manager she really could care less about it. I wouldn't serve this to grandmother with dentures.

Well I order a pizza some young guy said that it will be 20 minutes ok no problem went to go pick up my pizza ? for some reason he couldn't find it and then had the Nerve to ring me up anyway and then tell me it will be 10 more minutes ok no problem brought out the pizza and yes it was still wrong ? so I will not be going to this place anymore

It’s cheap and my kids love it. We got a simple cheese pizza and 1 marinara. Again, the pizza looked awful and the sauce was 1/2 full. I asked for another. She was going to charge me again. I asked for the other 1/2 of the one I already paid for. She said, “they’re all like that.” I know it’s only $1 or so but please give me what I paid for.
