Restaurant extremely cold to the point where it was too cold couldn’t even enjoy meal. Drove out of town just to eat here. A party of 22 and you had 18 people complaining of temperature, as well as other individuals throughout restaurant. Was out of spinach dip wasn’t told that until I asked. Food was okay the second time. Had to send order back the first time. Kids meal chicken tenders were hard kids couldn’t even enjoy. I had higher expectations.
Just moved to North Carolina and said after 4 months when are we going to find a good place to eat ?Then we saw Longhorn Steak House and said let's give it a try, wow it's not good it's Great ,thank the lord

Restaurant was packed. Only had to wait about 15 min to get a seat. Service was straight to the point, and food prep did not take long. They have really high standards for service and food

I was served raw chicken wings. They removed the meal from the menu. As a replacement, I got a parmesan crusted pork chop, which I gave to my roommate, who ate it and developed food poisoning.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin mw n it was so dry I couldn't eat it. They did cook another one that was much better and I ordered a 12 oz ribeye to go n they brought me a 6 oz. sirloin so I had to wait for the ribeye to cook. Waiter was very nice n assume it was the mngr. was nice as well. Good gracious!

First time actually trying Longhorn & was set on getting the garlic parmesan lambchops. Unfortunately, those & a few other items on the menu were sold out. The service was very slow & it took forever in between to get complimentary bread or drinks to even come although they weren't that busy & seemed to be well staffed. There was alot of trash on the floor as well. I tried the wild west shrimp & the onion petals & they were actually good.

Very busy and long wait. Service was good for our table despite busy evening. Food was excellent.
It was way tooo cold to enjoy our meals!!! The food was great!!! I got a salad with ff and the fries were cold when they reached our table!! I noticed other people holding their shoulders!!! It should never be that cold in a restaurant to where your food is cold before reaching the table!! Had to sit in car with heater on afterwards and i had to go out to car to get my coat!!
