I use to work here back in 2017. This restaurant unfortunately has gone downhill since. Walked in wasn’t greeted but they were ready to take my order (when I worked we always greeted especially if we were not busy) I ordered, got my drinks, walked over to the straw and napkin station which was an absolute wreck. I started walking around to find a table and half of them still had plates on them (this would happen if we were super busy) but there was only a few people sitting down eating. Maybe they had rush hour and never got around to cleaning afterwards, not sure. We found a fairly clean table to sit at, food came out quickly and it was hot. Me and my son ordered spuds and didn’t get nearly enough butter (1 small packet for each). Definitely ask for extra butter. My biggest disappointment was that my sandwich wasn’t made right, and I know this cause I worked here for a year and ordered it almost everyday. They forgot/didn’t put any bacon on my pepper jack turkey bacon sandwich. My son’s Mac n cheese was more watery than I remember. Overall this place isn’t nearly as clean, food isn’t as well made, the staff is friendly, just not the same as it use to be.

Good food. Nice to sit outside. Cookies were to hard and not fresh. Otherwise ok. Great salads and sandwiches. Great spuds and soups. Southwest salad is the best to me. They have rewards in the app like free drinks and entrees.

I guess most people get their order and leave. Since we were a group of 5 we dined in. There was a wait for our food and the dining area was freezing cold. We moved to a smaller room but it was still freezing. Best to grab the food and go. The McAlister Club was good.

I used to love this restaurant. But they have changed, a lot. Especially this one in Greenville. I was there today with 5 other friends. The order was wrong. The sandwich had half the meat it used to have and it was more money. They didn't put mustard on 3 of the sandwichs. The chicken salad had barely enough in it to have 3 bites of chicken salad, plus the croissant was burnt. And they have a freaking nerve to charge over $3.00 for a fountain drink. I will never go there again. Manager and owner need to train their employees how to make food, and stop being so cheap. You are going to continue to lose customers.

We had a large order for our office. 2 soups and a salad were left out of the order. When we went back the cashier said that we should have brought all the food back despite the soup and salad sitting right there on the counter. They knew they had forgotten them and were just waiting for us to come back. Cashier was rude when we went back. Left my name twice for the manager no return call. Sad part about is the food was good
