Cramped tables and bad bland food.I got chicken parm and the chicken was clearly frozen and probably was frozen for a while. The bread before the entrees is bad and drenched in oil.Go to OG it’s better

Last night's dinner was so GREAT. The whole experience was awesome. I ordered the Chicken Saltimbocca. The sauce was off the charts AWESOME. Vegetables were so good. The Waitress, we had props to her. We never had to wait on anything, so friendly. My husband ordered the Pappy Van Winkle shot of Bourbon, this caused the owner to come to our table.I would mention the Waitress name but we lost the receipt. I did mention to her that I would leave a comment.I would do the whole dinner again. Thanks to the whole staff that helped us enjoy our time.WILL RETURN.

My husband and I had dinner here for his birthday. I put in the reservation note that it was a special occasion and his birthday. That went without notice. The food wasn’t great, extremely disappointed especially since I read previous reviews and it sounded great. The seafood cannelloni was burnt, you get 3 and 2 out of the 3 had portions of the noodle that was black and hard. I mentioned it to the waiter and he just had a nervous laugh and said “oh yea” the honey roasted shrimp was hard breaded and had what tasted like McDonald’s sweet n sour sauce on it however adding some lemon made it better. My husband had the fettuccine chicken Alfredo the oil was bountiful in the dish, the Parmesan the waiter added was grated Parmesan, even Olive Garden has shaved Parmesan! The servers walked around face down in their phones one having a conversation on the phone that what looked like the manager joining in on the conversation, I thought this was a nicer restaurant but I guess I was mistaken, the hostess had a midriff shirt on showing her stomach. All the hype I had heard and was excited for just lacked today. It looked like we were the only customers in there as our reservation was at 4pm. I don’t know if they have dessert as we weren’t offered any dessert menu or given the option. Free parking but limited, by the way the our experience went we could have brought the kids because I didn’t see fine dining or upscale dining from our experience where kids would be frowned upon to have there.

When boutique becomes "back-woods" due to a COMPLETE LOSS of focus on customers...NOT an intimate dinner date. Nino's is too much about packing people in and not enough about the comfort and enjoyment of the dinner guests, especially on weekends. They've turned the inside into what is eminently an overstuffed cattle car. It made navigating to our table a near disaster. If you have a walker or must use wheelchair, be prepared to eat outside. Hearing the waiter and other guest immediately across the table was out of the question, so one must yell or point to the items you want to order. Wait staff must lean too closely into your personal space to hear you. Food is far overpriced for portions and taste is mediocre. There was a long blonde hair in mine which made the rest of the meal extremely unappealing. The brushetta was so hard that it would've broken my teeth to continue trying to eat it. There is an edible medium between crisp verses rock hard. So how old is the rest of their food, especially the breads? Additionally, they didn't give us an item we ordered to take home, but charged us for it. After that hair, we wouldn't have eaten it anyway. Ultimately, Nino's is ALL about REVENUE for a TERRIBLE ATMOSPHERIC return. Do not go here on weekends, unless you don't mind rubbing shoulders (unless outdoors) with the next table's guests and losing your hearing due to the ambient noise of everyone trying to converse. My plates sat on the table, crowding every inch of space until we left. Wait staff is over-worked so as to not allow enough attention for their tables. Nino's is not only a fire hazard, the high noise level made it almost unbearable. We're reporting them to ADA & the fire department. The best time we had was walking away from it. It was awful. Sadly, this place is a disaster waiting to happen.Wheelchair accessibility: If you use a wheelchair, you must eat outside. You can get by with a walker, but don't count on it. They pack people in like cattle. It's uncomfortable and unsafe on maximum volume nights. Overworked staff.

We ate early (5:15 pm reservation) and all went great. By the time we left it was getting busier and had more noise, but still pleasant. The food was great - highly recommend the pork chop; so tender and well seasoned!

I did appreciate that we were seated immediately upon our arrival. Our server responded to our table immediately. She checked on our needs frequently. She was sweet, and professional. The meal was delicious, and served “hot”! The atmosphere was enjoyable. I will look forward to returning soon.

Nino's was a very pleasant surprise! My husband and I were looking for a nice place to have dinner the night before a scheduled medical procedure. Nino's far exceeded our expectations. Great service and our meals were excellent. I especially recommend the wild mushroom ravioli!

I did not have a reservation, but the hostess was able to find a table within 30 minutes. I had the chicken marcella and the sauce was absolutely delicious and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Our waiter was attentive, courteous, and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant.
