I wouldn't even give this place a star honestly. I arrived late at night, My husband had booked the room on the app, he put the reservation in my name but they had a glitch in their system and it wasn't showing up. The lady at the front desk would not let me check in. Because the reservation supposedly was not in my name and he was not with me. It was already very late in the evening which my husband had called ahead of time they said it was no issue. But at check in Because my last name on my ID doesn't match his name she was saying there's no way and because I supposedly wasn't on the reservation as the guest. She couldn't give me the room. I had two kids in the car it was already very late we were supposed to be up early for a volleyball tournament. At this point I'm just done. And we stayed at a different location that was not with Marriott. This was my first time having him do a reservation with Marriott hotels normally we book with Hilton and in the future I will continue to do so I have never had this issue with Hilton. My husband travels a lot and he earns a lot of rewards points and spends quite a bit of money on hotel rooms to say this is a disappointment is an understatement, so much so that they're going to be losing a very good customer considering how much he travels He's noticed this issue anyways and usually uses Hilton because he books rooms for other employees and has run across this issue with Marriott many times and has had to be on the phone to resolve similar issues except the lady at this encounter supposedly worked there for 10 years and there was nothing she could do.

The Hotel was beautiful. Thank goodness the hotel was across the street from the hospital.Rooms: The room was beautiful and I love the balcony and the food and bar service was great.Nearby activities: Really didn't get to see any sites. I spent most of time at the hospital. My Mom was a patient there.Safety: They made sure I could get across the 4 lane road and made sure I got inside the hotel.Walkability: I walked from the hotel to the hospital every day.Noteworthy details: I would definitely tell friends that would be going to Greenville And going to ECU.

I would start by saying, Homewood Suites is 100 yards behind this place, go there. The only positive of this hotel was the Hispanic gentleman that checked me in. I had to take 3 min showers, as there was no hot water. Body fluid stains on the walls of the bedroom and bathroom. Paper thin walls; I had to listen to multiple sex parties over the weekend of my stay. I placed a "Do Not Disturb" on my door when I was sick, only to have housekeeping ignore it and beat on the door until I answered, asking if I wanted new sheets. The breakfast was standard, and the staff was unfriendly. They acted as if they were forced to do their job. I will never return to this facility again. Save your money.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The executive hotel cleaner stole my earrings and cologne. The manager said they are not responsible for lost items! This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. I am a military member and I work hard for my things. They will not replace or even investigate the lady who stole my items.

I recently had a trip to Greenville along with some friends. If I could give staff and management zero stars I would! We left a bag full of valuable items in our room. When we went back to the front desk to ask for said belongings we were given back the same bag that was HALF EMPTY. Jewelry, Colognes etc., gone. Stolen. When we inquired about how to move forward an “investigation” was to take place. Now the management has said that they have no responsibility and cannot investigate. Police will be getting involved.

The female front desk clerk on 16 Dec 2023 at 9AM was rude on multiple occasions. Hotel is not updated, AC is very loud, and shower had no hot water. Explained the water to same front desk asshole and she didn't care. I prepaid so I'm stuck and will speak to the very nice night crew later on. Avoid this place at all costs

Checked in at 1am from a long drive. Staff was awake and excellent! Rooms were very clean and the common areas for the hotel are really really nice. I'm very impressed. If we come through this area again 100% I'm staying here!
