I really enjoyed the food, and the hashbrowns were tasty as well.I have one very silly complaint though, and it’s the tamper evident stickers that was used on my iced coffee lid I spent well over 10 minutes trying to get this tamper evident sticker off just to find sticky residue left behind right after. That is honestly my only suggestion and it’s not even about the flavor of the food ?

If you've never been here the easiest way to describe it is it's mini waffles topped with sweets. It was a little disappointing that I could only choose from the sewwt waffles for the dozen I ordered. I would have been ok with an upcharge for the "savory meals" options. Nonetheless there were alot of good options on the list. It's great to have this as a dessert option while you're uptown drinking it eating tapas somewhere close.

Amazing waffles. This was my second time going and both times i’ve gotten amazing food. The first time the wait was very long, however the food came out great and they gave me a green dozen voucher. We ordered all of the sweet waffles and loved every single one. Will definitely go again.

I had originally placed an order for pick up two days prior. I get to the location this morning to see that the store is closed. I double checked to make sure I had not made an error when I placed the order. I call all morning, after leaving a voicemail on their answering machine, with no answer until 10:30. Apparently the opener did not show up to open the store. I understand the employee that showed up could not control that, but I would've appreciated a call once they did get there. I asked for a refund to which he told me he already talked to his manager about doing so. Again, all without contacting me. The communication is evidently POOR to say the least. I was late to work and showed up empty handed to my work Christmas party. Will not be coming back for overpriced waffles and poor communication and lack of professionalism.
